checklists and on-site inspections over the five major stages of

personally inspect the progress of your home with our building

Commitment
HISTORY
G.J. Gardner Homes originated in 1983 in Queensland as an
independent building firm owned by Greg Gardner. The company grew
to eight regional offices building as many as 1,000 custom
homes a year.
G.J. Gardner Homes traded successfully and established a
reputation for building great value quality homes in a
predetermined time frame. Due to popular demand, Greg and his wife
Olga decided to franchise the business and almost immediately
became one of Queensland's largest privately owned building
companies.
Today, some two decades later the business has expanded
throughout Australia and into the USA and New Zealand. There are
currently over eighty-five franchises operating throughout the
world, supported by several corporate offices.
We continue to support our reputation for reliability and for
being a company our customers can totally trust.

Our designs are innovative, localised and are created to be just
as diverse as any given territory. Our homes have won over fifty
